Sham is an Operating Executive with Clearhaven. Sham is a growth-focused leader who has grown SaaS organizations from $3M to $20M, from $15M to $75M, and from $300M to $450M, serving in roles including GM, CRO, CMO. He serves as a Board Director and also advises a number of early-stage companies growing 200+% per year. Most recently, he served as GM of think-cell, where he built and led a team that dramatically accelerated growth, resulting in a 2x unicorn valuation exit transaction. He has held leadership roles at public companies (Citrix $3B+), mid-sized companies (OneSource , acquired by D&B), and startups. Prior to his leadership roles in SaaS, he served as a Team Leader at McKinsey & Company. Sham received a B.S. in Computer Science and a B.A. in Economics, magna cum laude, from Yale. He went on to study at Harvard Business School and Harvard Law School, where he received a JD with honors.
